About
Fabiana is an expert in Italian culture and language.
Her experience in different countries, including New Zealand, Argentina, and Iceland, working in various companies has made her realize that traditional language teaching methods are often not suitable for addressing the challenges faced by those learning Italian.
After living abroad for a decade in seven different countries, Fabiana returned to Italy.
Her passion for Italian cuisine led her to devise a new teaching approach: offering an authentic and engaging experience in Catania, Sicily, that combines gastronomy, culture, and the Italian language, encapsulated in the "Italian Experience " project.
